Sliding shelves warranty 

We guarantee our pull out shelves to be free from manufacturers defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Because we can not control the installation or use of the slide out shelves we can not make any guarantee on the suitability of your installation or use of our products. If you have a problem with your sliding shelves due to a defect in manufacturing you will need to return the product with a copy of your original order or your order number. Please contact us first for a return authorization number. We will repair or replace the defective product and return it to you for no charge except for the shipping. If there is a problem due to improper installation or misuse contact us and let us know what problem you have and we will do our best the help you. We are a quality company building a quality product and we stand behind what we sell.

What if I measure wrong?

Nobody is perfect so mistakes will happen. What happens if you make a mistake measuring on a custom made product like out pull out shelves? Rest assured we will be there to help. We will cut down or remake the shelf for a $9 re-cut fee. You are responsible for shipping the shelf (shelves) to us and the return shipping. We will waive this re-cut fee on up to two shelves

What if I am not satisfied?

We are so confident that you will be thrilled with pullout kitchen shelves from sliding shelves that if for any reason you are not satisfied simply return the slide out shelf within fifteen days of delivery and we will refund your original purchase price minus shipping charges. As stated before all of our sliding shelves are custom made so we could not afford to make an offer like that unless we were confident in our product. Now because of the day and age that we live in we need to add some stipulations to that offer. We will return the full price of one shelf minus the shipping charge, you are responsible for the shipping. As the sliding shelves are custom made we do not accept returns on additional shelves beyond the first shelf ordered. So go ahead and order one pull out shelf and see what you think. We are confident in the quality of our pull out shelves and we can wait for the rest of your order.
